An audit last year of finances in the Escambia County Board of Education found no problems overall, but there were problems in the accounting procedures at Escambia County High School.

Audit Manager Christina Smith told school board members last week that the routine audit from October 2009 to September 2010 showed these findings at ECHS:

• Athletic gate cash was found in an envelope

• Teachers did not turn in funds coll
