Deputies transported all four men back to the parking lot, where Stallworth and Riley were identified as the suspects. The other two men were determined to be uninvolved in the incident and were released.

According to victim and witness accounts, Riley and Stallworth approached a 34-year-old man outside the restaurant and attempted to sell him narcotics as he walked to his vehicle.

After declining to purchase narcotics, the victim reported one of the men grabbed his car door to prevent him from leaving. After succeeding in closing his door, the victim said Riley threw a drink through his window as he tried to roll it up, and both men began kicking the vehicle, but stopped when they observed him making a phone call.

Both men were transported to the Escambia County Jail in Pensacola and later released on bond.

Riley faces charges of disturbing the peace, while Stallworth is charged with driving under the influence.

Both men are due to return to court in Pensacola Friday, Dec. 2.
