Willie Lewis Rudolph

Mr. Willie Lewis Rudolph, 81, of Atmore, transitioned into eternal rest Sunday, Feb. 19, 2012 at his residence.

He was a native of Atmore and a graduate of the Escambia County Training School. He was a retiree of Monsanto (now known as Solutia).

He served in the U.S. Army. He was a long time member of the Liberty Missionary Baptist Church and he was a Mason.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Freddie B. Rudolph, of Jamaica, NY; three daughters, Vickie M. Milton, of Rock Island, IL, Sherrie L. Rudolph, of Rock Island, IL and Dierdre Knight, of Atmore; three sons, Anthony C. Rudolph, of Atmore, Michael G. Rudolph, of Jamaica, NY and Steve E. Rudolph, of Atlanta, GA; three sisters, Rutelia America, of Atmore, Ester Jean Williams and Jean Graham, both of Pensacola, FL; one brother, Willie James Rudolph, of Reading, PA; 29 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012 at 1 p.m. at the Liberty Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Donald Ray Palmore, eulogist, and Rev. Isaac Bradley, Sr., host pastor. Retirement of his remains will be in the Fariview Cemetery with Turner Funeral Chapel, LLC directing.
