Charles Wheeler “Chuck” Laue, 86 of Atmore, died Wednesday Aug. 8, 2012, in Pensacola, Fla. He was a certified public accountant and owner of New York Life. He was born in Wheeling, W.V. on Dec. 24,1925, to the late Charles Wheeler and Helena Vanderwal Laue.

He is survived by: His wife, Lillian Mason Laue of Atmore; one daughter, Linda Bumann of Atmore; one brother, Richard Laue and wife, Marilyn of Red Banks, N.J.; one sister, Janet Muck and husband, Darrell of Malverne, Penn.; one granddaughter, Theresa Roberts and husband Blake; one great-grandchild, Logan Wheeler Roberts; numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be Saturday Aug.11, 2012, at 10 a.m. from the St.Andrews Anglican Church with Rev. Thomas Raines and Rev. Garrett Clanton officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.Family will receive friends, Friday evening Aug. 10, 201,2 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home from 6 until 8 p.m.Flowers will be accepted but donations can be made to Wounded Warrior or a Charity of your choice.
