Mr. and Mrs. Mark Riggs of Atmore would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Alexandra Nicole Riggs to Joshua Mark Dorriety, the son of Mr. Mark Dorriety and Ms. Michelle Jackson Dorriety of Atmore.

The bride-elect’s maternal grandparents are Mrs. Virginia Hooper and the late John Hooper Sr. of Atmore and the paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. James Riggs of Atmore.

The groom-elect’s maternal grandparents are Susan Smith of Atmore and paternal grandparents are Charles and Barbara Dorriety of Atmore.

She is a 2012 graduate of Northview High School and currently a student at Faulkner State Community College.

He is a 2009 graduate from Northview High School and currently serving in the United States Army, stationed at Fort Benning, Ga.

The wedding will be held at 2 p.m. on Dec. 22, 2012 at Bratt Assembly of God Church.
