The skies were gray, but the crowds were out in true red, white and blue fashion for the first Festival on the Fourth event hosted by Wind Creek Casino and Hotel Thursday.

As the clouds threatened rain locals and visitors alike celebrated America’s birthday with face painting, snacks, activities for the kids, music and dancing, all culminating with a festive Fourth of July fireworks show.
