The handcuffs were real, but the arrests were not as community members gladly took seats in the back of police

More than 25 people volunteered for the United Fund lockup Thursday to help raise money for the organization.

Volunteers agreed to be “locked up” in City Hall, while calling for at least $500 in donations for “bail.”
