Robert Henderson, from Escambia County High School, has been selected to be an ASF Foundation Student Ambassador.

The ASF (Alabama Sports Festival) Foundation, established in 1982, developed the Student Ambassador program in 2001 to allow high school students the opportunity to become a spokesperson on behalf of the variety of programs the ASF Foundation offers to citizens of Alabama.

The ASF Foundation Student Ambassador program presents a rare opportunity for high school students to further develop their skills in the areas of personal growth and development, leadership, community involvement, real world experiences, responsibility, confidence building, communications, team work, networking, public relations, time management, public speaking, event planning and marketing.
