Niki Henderson was recently selected at Atmore Community Hospital’s employee of the year. Henderson works as a patient care tech on Med/Surg and as a tech in the Cardiopulmonary department, for the cardiologists.

Henderson was selected by her coworkers because of her caring, compassionate and sweet nature.

Her coworkers said that no matter what the situation, she always portrays a cheerful, positive and professional attitude and her patients are her No. 1 priority.

Henderson has been mentioned numerous times as someone “deserving special praise” by hospital patients. Her coworkers state she is a great team player, always willing to help out and a joy to work with.
