The HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters) program is holding another sign-up drive in January. Families will need to be prepared to begin the program by Jan. 27, and will complete the program in May with the rest of the students. Children need to have turned 3 before Sept. 1, 2013, (born before Sept. 1, 2010) in order to be eligible for the program. Those who are interested may call or text (251) 359-5086.
