Schools monitoring weather forecast

Escambia County school systems are monitoring the weather to determine whether to cancel classes at all this week.
South Alabama is under a winter weather advisory, with as much as 2 to 4 inches of snow expected Tuesday night and early Wednesday, and freezing rain and sleet forecast to start falling Wednesday afternoon.
County school officials said they will make a decision about classes when more is known about the weather situation.
