Bess Inabell Brock, 92, of Atmore, passed away Thursday Feb. 6, 2014, at her residence.

She was a waitress, born in Muscogee, Okla., on Oct. 20, 1921, to the late Charles Henry and Adelle Watson Cobb.
Her husband, Robert Lee Brock; three brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.

Survivors are two sons, Robert (Rita) Brock Saucier, Miss., and Roy (Linda) Brock of Mobile; two daughters, Sheilah Smith of Mobile and Marsha (Curtis) Welch of Atmore; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 10, from Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Theron Collingsworth officiating. Interment followed in Pine Crest Cemetery in Mobile at 2 p.m. The family received friends from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. service time Thursday, Feb. 10, at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.

Her grandsons were pallbearers.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home, Inc., was in charge of all arrangements.
