Sheriff’s Office arrests from March 8, 2014, through March 14, 2014

The following charges were filed with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Department for the week of March 8, 2014, to March 14, 2014.

March 9

• Scottie L. Hall, 32, male, of Forrest Ave., Atmore, was charged with first-degree possession of marijuana.

March 10

• Clifton K. Huey, 66, male, of Bradley Road, Brewton, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing.

• Elisa M. Lanier, 43, female, of Bradley Road, Brewton, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing.

• Gary A. Reese, 50, male, of Avenue E, Atmore, was charged with first-degree theft by deception.

• Michael C. Rolin, 38, male of Ross Road, Atmore, was charged with failure to appear.

• Joshua J. Turner, 31, male, of U.S. Highway 31, Atmore, was charged with giving false information to a law enforcement officer.

• Lacraig D. Brown, 18, male, of Mosley Street, Atmore, was charged with second-degree theft of property.

• Tyjustine D. Brown, 19, male, of Middleton Lane, Atmore, was charged with second-degree theft of property and bond revocation.

• Justin B. Gibson, 21, male, of Dixon Nursery Road, Brewton, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

March 11

• Brian S. Marshall, 35, male, of Martin Road, Atmore, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree domestic violence aggravated stalking, second-degree domestic violence, third-degree burglary, reckless endangerment and second-degree criminal mischief.

March 12

• Amanda L. Jay, 27, female, of Sunset Drive, Atmore, was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Tegina Pitts, 45, female, of Mason Mill Pond Road, Brewton, was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.
