Michael Dewayne “Pee Wee” Payne

Mr. Michael Dewayne “Pee Wee” Payne, 37, of Madison, Wis., formerly of Atmore, died suddenly on Aug. 9, 2014, in Madison as the result of a car accident.
A native of Atmore, Mr. Payne attended high school at Escambia County High School.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Hall Sr., and his mother, Gloria Jean Payne Bryars.

He is survived by one son, Tavrus Tucker of Atmore; two sisters, Sandra Lowe and Carolyn (Cleveland) Biggs, all of Atmore; two brothers, Henry Payne and Roger Hall Jr., both of Atmore; step-father, Frank Bryars III of Atmore; grandmother, Mary Pearl Stots of Atmore; step-grandfather, William Stots of Atmore; and one granddaughter.

The funeral service was held Tuesday, Aug. 19, at 2 p.m. at Full of Life Ministries with Apostle Carolyn Banks, pastor of Abundant Life of Deliverance Church, officiating, and Apostle Tony McAroy, host pastor.

Inhumation was in the Stallworth Cemetery with Turner Funeral Chapel, LLC, directing.
