The following are arrest and incident reports for the week of Nov. 15-21, 2014.
The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office responded to 164 complaints; served 61 civil papers; made 27 transports, as well as five domestic calls, one domestic escort and five funeral escorts.
Arrested were:
• Destin E. Day, 22, of Atmore, for failure to appear;
• Joseph A. Nelson, 30, of Brewton, for failure to appear;
• Dashon Stallworth, 17, of Brewton, for rape I;
• Mary A. Hooks, 51, of Atmore, for theft of property II;
• James M. Smith, 43, of Atmore, for domestic violence III assault;
• Tiffany Smith, 18, of Atmore, for domestic violence III assault;
• Timothy Hayes, 21, of Atmore, for domestic violence III assault;
• Randy Batchler, 27, of Brewton, for possession of marijuana II;
• Thomas Lee Thompson, 44, of Brewton, for receiving stolen property I;
• Jodie R. Salazar, 41, of Flomaton, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument;
• Justin Rolins, 25, of Atmore, for adult sex offender ID required.
