Floyd David Rothschild passed away on Dec. 23, 2014.
He was born on Sept. 7, 1952, to the late Mr. Ernest Rothschild and Mrs. Genevie Yeldon Rothschild in Freemanville.

He leaves to cherish his memories one daughter, Tynocha Rothschild Johnson; her mother, Barbara Rothschild of Atmore; one son, Deshone Lefloyd Perry of Atmore; one devoted sister, Annette R. Graes of Montgomery; one brother, Jerry Rothschild of Atmore; six grandchildren, Yeldon Rothschild, Aaliyah, MaKayla Johnson, Nyaila Johnson, Zaivion Barron and Kymora Mitchell, all of Atmore; one great-granddaughter, Zyla Rothschild of Century, Fla.; two nieces, Vicki (Geoffrey) Wellons of Hampton, Va., Sibyl Rothschild of Augusta, Ga.; one nephew, Jerry Rothschild Jr. of Atmore; two great-nephews, Geoffrey Wellons and Jeffery West; one aunt, Emma Yeldon Marshall of Pensacola, Fla.; one adopted daughter, Sacajawea (Cedric) Grace of Atmore; and special friends, Van and Wilma Smith, Mike Parker, Johnnie Mims and Charles Lewis.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, at New Order Missionary Baptist Church in Atmore, with the Rev. Sidney Grant officiating. Burial followed in Fairview Cemetery.

Pallbearers and flower bearers were family and friends.

Mayberry Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
