Charlene Clayborn, 64, a native of Picayune, Miss., and a resident of Mobile, passed away Friday, Jan. 9, 2015.

Those who preceded her in death include her father, Fred Smith; her mother, Margaret Smith; her brother, Charles Ray Smith; and a grandson, Willie D. Samuel Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memories three daughters, Berlinda (Willie) Peterson of Mobile, Stephanie (Peter) of Atlanta, Ga. and Sharon (Bobby) Pritchett of Mobile; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, from New Faith Missionary Baptist Church, located at 1808 Hall Mill Road in Mobile. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16, at New Faith Missionary Baptist Church in Mobile.

Mayberry Funeral Home of Atmore is in charge of arrangements.
