Registration will begin soon for spring sports in the Northwest Escambia (NWE) league program. Those sign-up dates are as follows:

• Saturday, Jan. 31, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

• Friday, Feb. 6, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

• Saturday, Feb. 7, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Registration will be held in the NWE field house.

The cost for children 7 years old and older, in baseball and softball, is $100 for the first child, $85 for a second child, and $75 for a third child. This cost includes the registration fee, jersey and hat, and concessions.

The cost for children ages 4 to 6, in tee ball, is $95 for the first child, $80 for a second child, and $70 for a third child.

The cost for children ages 3-1/2 to 4, in wee ball, is $45 per child.

Please bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate to registration. If anyone is interested in managing or coaching a team, please contact Thomas Long at (850) 529-7502 as soon as possible.

Volunteers are always needed. If anyone would like to volunteer, please sign up during registration.
