• Austin Gray, 38, of Atmore, for distributing a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

• Tegina C. Pitts, 46, of Brewton, for failure to appear.

• Tyler D. Hall, 22, of Brewton, for failure to appear, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and assault II.

• Travis Salter, 26, of Flomaton, for two counts failure to appear.

• Timothy D. Anthony, 21, of Brewton, for burglary I and burglary III.

• Joseph L. Burkett, 33, of Brewton, for burglary I, burglary III and theft of property II.

• Leisha A. Burkett, 29, of Brewton, for burglary III and theft of property II.

• Nichole O. Craft, 26, of Atmore, for theft of fraud leasing.

• Jerry D. Casey, 42, of Atmore, for possession of a controlled substance.

• Victor McKenzie, 24, of Atmore, for domestic violence II assault.
