Mr. Elmer Richard Mooney, 61, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, in Pensacola, Fla.

He was a former resident of Monroeville and was a retired heavy equipment operator.

He is survived by one son, Michael James Mooney of Post, Texas; one daughter, Angela Mooney of Montgomery; two sisters, Betty Dickman of Pensacola, Fla., and Linda Gail Morgan of Bay Minette; and numerous grandchildren.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Johnson Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
