• Arrica McCaster, 38, of Atmore, for two counts of theft of property.

• Brandon Tanner, 27, of Atmore, for failure to appear, domestic violence strangulation and child abuse.

• Elnora Smith, 57, of Brewton, for distribution of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

• Darrl D. Peterson, 29, of Brewton, for arson II.

• Frank E. Maxwell, 60, of Evergreen, for two counts of failure to appear.

• Marvin Samuel Jr., 32, of Brewton, for resisting arrest and possession of marijuana II.

• Betina Kendall, 41, of Brewton, for two counts of distribution of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
