‘Celebrity Server’ dinner set for Monday

First National Bank and Trust will be sponsoring a “celebrity server dinner” on Monday night, with proceeds benefiting the Save the Strand campaign.
The dinner will be held at David’s Catfish House and the cost is $30 per person. There will be a social hour at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 6 p.m.
During the night, notable citizens will serve as the waiters for the special dinner, which will include a crawfish and shrimp low country boil.
Those who have already agreed to participate as servers include Lisa Swift, Bub Gideons, Mayor Jim Staff, Ann Powell, Sheilo Faircloth, Kathy Swift, Ann Stephens, Brandon Smith, Joe Ferguson, Dr. Ullysses McBride, Angela Leachman, Natalie Rodgers, Jocelyn Drew, Elizabeth Hendrix, Nancy Williams and Haley Huskey.
Throughout the night, there will also be door prizes given away. The grand prize is a flat-screen TV set, donated by Audio Plus. Other door prizes have been donated by The Coffee House, Ultimate Fitness, Johnson Ford, Atmore Florist, Sherry’s Elegant Flowers, Central Farm Supply, Rowland’s Tire, K-9 Kleaners, Walmart, B & B Western, Country Charms, Jus Because, Buster’s, Coley’s Petals and Parties, Gregg’s Hair Salon, Mattress Depot, Southern Computer and Nancy’s, Etc.
