Mrs. Juanita Hatfield Ross, 86, a resident of Wetumpka and formerly of Atmore, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2015.

Mrs. Ross is survived by her children, Larry (Pat) Hatfield, Jerry (Linda) Hatfield, and Donna (Al) Dodd; her sister, Annie Bell (J.W.) Threatt; grandchildren, Denise Perkins, Tami Roye, Traci Ward, Courtney Jarome, Beth Bielen and Scott Burkey; and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, June 9, at 3 p.m. from Corinth Baptist Church in Barbour County, with the Rev. Anthony Counts officiating. Burial followed in Corinth Cemetery with Gassett Funeral Home of Wetumpka directing.

Visitation was held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Monday at Gassett Funeral Home and her body lied in state 30 minutes prior to services at the church on Tuesday.
