The “Market in the Park,” sponsored by the Atmore Area Chamber of Commerce, will be held at least four times in the next three months, starting with this Saturday.

The market will be June 13, July 11, July 25 and Aug. 8, from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. each Saturday, at Heritage Park on South Main Street.

The market will feature local growers selling their produce, as well as other items. Just some of those items include vegetables, fruits, flowers, honey, syrup, baked goods and more.

There will also be “how to” demonstrations at 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., and children’s activities.
