Shirley Luverne Hadley, 85, of Atmore, passed away Friday July 10, 2015, in Atmore.

She was retired from Best Western, in housekeeping, born in Atmore on June 18, 1930, to the late Charlie and Hattie Whatley Flowers. She was a member of the Frettwell Tabernacle Holiness Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Jo Hadley; son, Wendell Conway and grandchildren, Michael Phillips and Marcie Brewton.

Survivors are, one son, Donell Conway of Atmore; two daughters, Shirley Elaine (John) Brewton and Earline (Gilbert) Walls, all of McCullough; two grandchildren, John Kenneth Brewton and Ronald Lynn Phillips; and five great-grandchildren.

Services were held Monday July 13, at 2 p.m. from the Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Sister Helen Stewart officiating. Interment followed in Miller Cemetery at Little Rock.

The family received friends Monday, July 13, at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home, from 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home, Inc., was in charge of all arrangements.
