Country Place Senior Living of Atmore is pleased to announce that significant progress continues to be made at the construction site of its new senior assisted living residence. Exterior landscaping is in its final stages, and furniture is being installed throughout the residence.

Country Place Senior Living broke ground on the project in February 2015 and is on schedule to welcome its first residents in October 2015.

“The residence is constructed to the highest standard of quality. Major construction is complete, furniture is being moved in and landscaping installed as we speak,” said Rusty Prentice, Director of Development for Country Place Senior Living. “We’re looking forward to preparing it over the next month as a place seniors in the Atmore community will call home.”

The new senior living residence will feature 24 suites, creating a close-knit environment. It is designed so that every suite is within 150 feet of a common space. This layout will accommodate various levels of physical health and stamina, while encouraging social interaction among residents.
