Dear Editor,

What an incredible evening RIBS ON RIDGELEY turned out to be. The pride of Atmore organization would like to thank everyone in Atmore and Escambia County who turned out to support our efforts to raise funds for a new roof on the Stand Theatre.

Good food, community involvement and spirit made for a perfect evening and a first for Atmore.

The members of the Pride of Atmore organization and the Save the Strand Campaign would like to thanks all those folks that made this event possible. A special thank you goes out to Pepsi, Coley’s Flowers, the YMCA, PCI Windcreek, The City of Atmroe, Nall’s Porta Potties, David’s Catfish House, Myrna Monroe, Bobbie Respress and many other individuals and organizations that donated time and effort to make RIBS ON RIDGELEY possible.

Thank you Atmore and Escambia County and all the fine folks that shared in our effort. Together we can make a difference and save and restore one of the iconic historic buildings in downtown Atmore.

You all are part of what makes Atmore such a wonderful place to live and work and we really do appreciate your support
