A Florida man was killed Sunday morning on Escambia County 12, two miles north of Atmore, according to Alabama State Troopers.

Trooper Reginal King said Christopher George Robbins, 42, was killed when the 2012 Suzuki motorcycle he was operating, left the roadway and struck a culvert.

King said Robbins was pronounced dead at the scene, and the crash occurred at 10:45 a.m.

Nothing further is available as troopers continue to investigate the crash.
