Campbell shines

Escambia Academy linebacker Bradley Campbell has been selected as the Atmore Advance’s 2015 Defensive Player of the Year.
Campbell led the Cougars with 126 tackles this season. The 5-foot-11, 190-pounder forced three fumbles and recovered two.
Campbell, who was also selected to the All-County team, had nine more tackles than team selection Dustin Daw of Flomaton.
The Brewton Standard selected T.R. Miller’s Tripp Floyd as the defensive Most Valuable Player.
