An inmate was stabbed at Holman Correctional Facility early this morning, according to media reports.

AL.com reported that the CERT team is en route to the prison, and Alabama Department of Corrections Public Relations Manager Bob Horton said that no officers or other inmates were involved. The stabbing wasn’t fatal, according to the report.

The stabbing comes more than two days after the prison was put on lockdown following a riot after a fight between two inmates.
