Contractors building the AT&T store and Little Caesar’s building next to Walmart said the space will be complete in around three weeks.

Seth Dunne with Coumanis Allen LLC out of Mobile, said the construction of the space will end in about three weeks, and afterward, both AT&T and Little Caesar’s will move in.

“We’ve got roughly three weeks left overall,” Dunne said. “By then, we’re obligated to turn over the space.”

Dunne said the building is 4,800 square feet and at present, is a three-tenant building, adding that developers are pushing hard to occupy the third space.

Dunne said once AT&T and Little Caesar’s move in, they’ll be open in around six weeks.
