9 to compete for county’s Miss DYW

The Escambia County Distinguished Young Women program will showcase the county’s brightest and most talented young ladies on Sat., July 30.
Held at the Jefferson Davis Community College Woodfin Patterson Auditorium at 7 p.m., some nine contestants will take the stage in this year’s show. Tickets are $10 each and may be purchased from any contestant or at the door the night of the performance.
