Warrants were served Wednesday on a Flomaton man who has been arrested for two counts of second-degree rape, both involving victims under the age of 16.

According to a release from the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, 20-year-old Trey Alexander Weeks was arrested after the Atmore Police Department contacted the ESCO in reference to complaints they received in February.

According to ECSO officials, Weeks’ case will be presented to a Grand Jury for “further prosecutorial efforts”.

Atmore Police Department, Flomaton Police Department and Poarch Police Department all contributed to the investigation.

Weeks is currently detained at the Escambia County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
