• Chester P. Presley, 40, of Atmore, for probation violation.

• Jason A. Nelson, 39, of Brewton, for financial exploit of an elderly person II.

• Justin McDaniel, 26, of Beatrice, for failure to appear.

• Broderick E. Autrey Jr., 29, of Atmore, for possession of a controlled substance.

• Sonya J. Ward, 31, of Pensacola, Fla., for aggrevated cruelty to animals.

• Jessica Gambrell, 36, of Perdido, for possession of a controlled substance.

• Amber T. Tellis, 26, of Andalusia, for failure to appear.
