• Danyel M. Etheridge, 23, of Atmore, for sexual abus I and sodomy I.

• Michael L. McCreary, 31, of Brewton, for sex offender registration notification act violation and probation violation.

• Christopher Z. Samuel, 27, of East Brewton, for failure to appear.

• Tyler H. Smith, 28, of East Brewton, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana II.

• Trey C. Thomas, 22, of Monroeville, for theft of property III and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.
