Georgia Kate Moore Davall

Georgia “Helen” Kate Moore Davall, 79, of Atmore, passed away on September 2nd 2017 in Pensacola Fla.

Public viewing will be from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. this Fri., Sept. 8, 2017, at Mayberry Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. this Sat., Sept. 9, at Deliverance Ministry of Jesus Christ with Pastor Kelvin Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements are by Mayberry funeral home.

Mother Helen was born in Atmore to John Henry and Cornelius Moore on Jan. 19, 1938. She graduated from Escambia County Training School. She was the loving “Mother of the Church”, missionary and powerful prayer warrior at Deliverance Ministry of Jesus Christ.

Mother Helen is preceded in death by her mother, Cornelius Rothschild Moore; father, John Henry Moore; sister, Loree James (John); and brothers, Odell Beverly, John Henry Moore, Quindell Beverly, Robert Moore and Lincile Moore.
She is survived by her son, Wayne Saunders; brother, James Moore; sisters Velma Dailey (Ester), Laura Rollins, Susan Beverly; grandchildren, Jamel Moore (Okevia) Nicole Baker (Jonathan) and Michael Moore; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews cousins and friends.

The family of Mother Helen “NaNa” wishes to extend our sincere appreciation to all who have expressed their condolences love and prayers.

 

Mide Riley

Funeral service for Mr. Mide Riley, 65, of Atmore, will be announced by Turner Funeral Chapel LLC.

Mr. Riley answered the Master’s Call at his residence on Thurs., Aug. 31, 2017.

 

Elmore Williams Jr.

Funeral service for Mr. Elmore Williams Jr., 81, of Atmore, will be announced by Turner Funeral Chapel LLC.

Mr. Williams exchanged his earthly life for eternal life on Mon., Sept. 4, 2017, at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope.
