The Alabama Department of Corrections is looking for an inmate who escaped from the Loxley Work Release Center early this morning.

According to the ADOC, at approximately 2:45 a.m., Jonah Salers escaped from the center in Loxley.

Salers, 23, has green eyes, brown hair, weighs 170 pounds and is 5-foot-9.

Those with information concerning the whereabouts of Salers needs to notify local law enforcement, the work center or call the ADOC at 1-800-831-8825.
