Dear Editor:

The Atmore Community Hospital Auxiliary would like to say thank you to everyone who contributed to our annual Tree of Love, and to the following businesses for their generous donations: State Farm Insurance, Johnson Quimby Funeral Home, Tri-Co Electric, Royal Oaks Bed & Breakfast, Alabama Tank, Atmore Animal Hospital, Mary Kay Cosmetics-Edna Tolbert, Mooney’s Diesel, Southern Real Estate, Atmore Truckers, F S Advisors and Atmore Rotary Club.

All donations are used to benefit the hospital with the purchase of supplies, equipment and materials.

Recently, we have purchased two beds at approximately $5,000 each, nurses bags for home health, thermascans, test strip meter, vital signs monitor, gastric drainage pump, furnishings for waiting rooms and the list goes on and on.

We appreciate these businesses as well as the individuals who have supported our hospital auxiliary with their donations.

If your business is not listed above, it is not too late. We accept donations throughout the year and we also would welcome new volunteers to our organization.
