During the week of April 28 to May 4, 2018, the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office responded to 289 complaints and served 74 civil papers, responded to seven domestic calls and performed four funeral escorts.

Arrested were:

• Justin M. Stabler, 31, of Lower Peach Tree, for three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

• John B. White-Spunner, 29, of Daphne, for violation of bond.

• Michael C. Emmons, 28, of N/A, for theft of property III, possession of a forged instrument II and ethics violation.

• Jeffery D. McMillian, 48, of Brewton, for failure to appear (FTA) and probation violation.

• Raymond D. McKinley, 32, of Brewton, for FTA.

• Dennis W. Maddox Jr., 29, of Brewton, for resisting arrest, use of false ID to obstruct justice, illegal possession of credit/debit card and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.

• Krystal O. Boyington, 31, of Atmore, for domestic violence III assault.

• Christopher L. Pugh, 26, of Brewton, for receiving stolen property I.

• Brandon D. Pugh, 24, of Brewton, for receiving stolen property I.

• Joe F. Foster, 21, of Foley, for attempting to distribute, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana I and inmate possession of a cell phone.

• Bradley A. Baker, 23, of Atmore, for possession of a forged instrument.

• Justin T. Payne, 23, of Brewton, for domestic violence III harassment and criminal mischief I.
