Two district baseball tournaments will be held this weekend in Atmore at the Cal Ripken baseball fields at Tom Byrne Park.

First pitch for the 8U and 10U tournaments will be tomorrow, Thurs., June 14, at 5:30 p.m.

The championship for the 8U tournament will be held on Sat., June 16, at 2:30 p.m. For the 10U tournament, a championship time and date will be announced. The winner’s bracket championship is slated for 12:30 p.m. on June 16.

Monroe, NWE, Jay and Atmore will play in the 8U tournament, and Flomaton, Monroe, NWE, Atmore and Jay will play in the 10U tournament.

Admission is $5 for adults, and $2 for those ages 13-18.

Both tournaments are double elimination.
