Tolbert said Cross was arrested for assault I, driving under the influence, possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A bond hearing was held for Cross on Monday, Tolbert said.

The chief said that a judge set Cross’s bond at $61,500 — assault 1, $50,000; driving under the influence, $10,000; possession of marijuana II, $1,000; and possession of drug paraphernalia, $500.

Tolbert said if Cross makes bond, his bond condition includes being ordered to wear a GPS ankle monitor, monthly drug and alcohol testing and a court order banning him from operating a vehicle.
