Public Relations Manager Beth Thomas said 70 people from the Mobile area have gone to Ozark to help restore power in the area.

Thomas said they don’t know how long it will take the crews to restore power in the area, and if possible, once work is complete in one area, they may go somewhere else.

Additionally, Thomas said AP has crews from all over the state working to restore power as well.

“They’re working as quickly and safely as possible to restore power in the effected areas,” she said.
