Wind Creek to unveil holiday lights

Wind Creek Atmore (WCA) announced recently that this year’s Christmas lights will be turned on this Fri., Nov. 23, 2018 at dusk.
Complimentary pictures with Santa and his elf will be held from 2 p.m. until dusk at the WCA Amphitheater. Featured for the first time this year are lights and decorations from Jubilee Décor.
Some features include a 34-foot tower tree, illuminated reindeer and a RGB light tunnel synced with fan favorite Christmas jingles. Guests will be “Walking in a Winter Wonderland” with a special effects snow machine and walk-through ornament.
Many other decorations include five 20-foot Christmas trees that work together to create a light show and an arrangement of ornaments over 10-feet tall.
Eye-catching new lights and decorations are going to be added to the casino front entrance. Outdoor lights are set on sensors and come on each evening at sunset, and will remain on until sunrise the next morning.
The light displays will be on from Thanksgiving through New Year’s Eve. The display is put on from the Poarch Creek Indians and Wind Creek Atmore.
