Emma Jean McGhee, 97, of Daphne, passed away on Sun., Feb. 17, 2019, in Mobile. She was homemaker, born in Atmore on Sept. 17, 1921, to the late Marion and Julia

Barlow Albritton.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lindsey Woodrow McGhee; siblings, Agnes Hollingsworth, Gwendolyn Irwin, Ruby Rushing, Edna Raines, Yvonne Kirkley, Gladys Caraway and Marion “Bud” Albritton.

Survivors are a son, Michael (Monica) McGhee of Daphne; granddaughters, Tracy (Mitch) Harrell of Gulf Breeze, Fla. and Alesha (Tim) Langhlin of Foley; grandson, Jeremy (Sybil) McGhee of Dothan; six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held today, Wed. Feb. 20, 2019, at 11 a.m. from the Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home chapel with Bro. J.T. Guyton officiating.

Interment will follow in Antioch Cemetery, at Nokomis. Active Pallbearers are Jeremy McGhee, Tim Laughlin, Lloyd Albritton, Ronnie Albritton, Phillip Albritton, Gregory Albritton and Mitch Harrell. Honorary Pallbearer is David Gehman.

Family will receive friends Feb. 20, 2019 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home from 9:30 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m.
