Sheriff’s reports for Wed., April 3, 2019

During the week of March 23, the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office responded to five domestic calls, no domestic escorts and performed 46 transports and two funeral escorts.

Arrested were:

• Amanda Pearce, 31, of Flomaton, was charged with failure to appear.

• Wayne D. Phillips, 56, of Brewton, was charged with assault domestic violence, third degree.

• Gaetyn J. Thames, 20, of Atmore, was charged with violation of bond and possession of marijuana, second degree.

• Ameshia A. Horne, 27, of Mobile, was charged with promoting prison contraband, first degree; trafficking a controlled substance and attempting to commit a controlled substance crime.

• Gregory Ballard, 52, of Atmore, was charged with probation violation.

• Courtney Frye, 24, of Atmore, was charged with giving false information to law enforcement officer and perjury, first degree.

• Houston G. Pace, 25, of Brewton, was charged with failure to appear.

• John McCarthy, 56, of Monroeville, was charged with failure to appear.

• John E. Norwood Jr., 29, of Atmore, was charged with domestic violence, third degree harassment.

• Gregory A. Nelson, 29, of Jay, Fla., was charged with revocation of bond and failure to appear.
