Cornelia Chloe Matthew Daw passed away on Mon., Jan. 6, 2020, in a nursing home in Mobile.

Chloe Daw was born on April 7, 1948, in Glenville, W.V. Her father was Arlie Herman Matthew and her mother was Mary Pearl Jones.

She spent most of her life in Atmore being a caregiver, but also she worked as a baker at Best Western.

She loved going to church, working in the nursery, teaching Sunday School and youth classes.

She left behind two sons, Eddie Lee Daw of Atmore and Timmy (Lacey) Daw of Atmore; a daughter, Mary Daw Rowe; four grandchildren, Sarah and Richard Powell and Joel and Jonathan Daw; and several other numerous extended family and friends.

The family will have a celebration of life ceremony this Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020, at 1 p.m. at Healing Waters Church in Bay Minette with Pastor Richard Daniels officiating.
