Mr. Gordon “Danny” Toler, 72, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020, in Bay Minette.

Mr. Toler was a native of Fairhope and had resided in Whitehouse Fork for most of his life.

He was retired from the Baldwin County Highway Department with 31 years of service, a member of the Bay Minette Masonic Lodge No. 498, the Whitehouse Fork Baptist Church and was a bow hunter.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Mary Ann Brock and Carol Kirby; and brother, Lamar Toler. 

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Irene Toler of Whitehouse Fork; one daughter, Amy Melissa (Jeffery) Huffman of Whitehouse Fork; one brother, John Edward (Margaret) Toler of Whitehouse Fork; and two grandchildren, Sara Huffman and Sydney Huffman. 

Funeral services were held February 18, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Whitehouse Fork Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Lewis officiating.

Burial followed at the Whitehouse Fork Cemetery. 

Visitation was held February 17, 2020 at the Whitehouse Fork Baptist Church.

Pallbearers were Warren Donald, Jeff Donald, Ray Donald, Austin Kirby, Caleb Powell and Jeffery Huffman. 

Honorary pallbearer was Wilton Donald. 

Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC of Atmore was in charge of all arrangements.
