March G. Lee, 88, resident of Mobile, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2020, at a local hospital.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eunice Lee; two sisters; three brothers; one niece; two nephews; and one son in law.

He worked for Hodges Funeral Home for over 30 years, where he went by the name “Traveling March.”

He leaves to cherish his memories his children, five daughters, Mrs. Patricia Loper (devoted), Robin Lee, Deborah Jordan, Yvonne McPhearson and Ashley Dunklin; two sons, Lewis Lee and Bernard (Connecyt) Jenkins; four step-children, Anne Reese, Ngai Mingo, Dorothy Mingo and Alphonse Lee; he also leaves to cherish his memories three nieces, Brenda, Charlene and Sharon; three nephews, Marlon Winston (devoted), Jermaine and Bobby Brown; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren; two devoted friends, Jerome Roberts and Charles McCann; and a host of other family and friends.

A funeral service was held April 18, 2020 at Prayer Tabernacle Early Church, 1223 Mobile St. Mobile, AL 36617.

Officiating was Apostle Mr. Cornelius Woods Jr. Interment followed at Whispering Pines Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Mayberry Funeral Home.
