Mr. Desmond Deshun “DD” Dirden, 43, of Atmore, died in Atmore on April 25, 2020.

A native of Atmore, Desmond attended Escambia County High School and had worked at Swift Lumber Co. He was a member of Abundant Life Church of Deliverance.

Those left to cherish memories of his life are his mother, Margaret Dirden Lymon of Atmore; his father, Willie McNeal of Atmore; two daughters, Alayshia Payne and Samantha Dixon both of Atmore; two sons, Desmond Dirden Jr. and De’Andre Dirden, both of Atmore; two sisters, Latausha Roberson and Arrica McCaster, both of Atmore; two brothers, Cordero Dirden and Xavier Lymon, both of Atmore; and one grandson, host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A private graveside service will be held this Sat., May 9, 2020, at Fairview Cemetery with Apostle Carolyn Banks officiating and Turner Funeral Chapel directing.
