FHP looking for hit-and-run vehicle

UPDATE: The Florida Highway Patrol announced tonight that the suspect driver, Charles Noble, 34, of Pensacola, Fla., turned himself in to the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office (Fla.)

The Florida Highway Patrol is seeking the public’s help in located a suspect vehicle which left the scene of a crash that occurred this morning at 9 on Highway 90 in Escambia County.

The vehicle is possibly a blue in color, 2004-2005 Ford Mustang with front right and side damage with a headlight missing and passenger door mirror missing, both due to striking a pedestrian, according to Lt. Jason King.

A 49-year-old pedestrian was involved in the crash, which was ruled a fatal hit and run traffic crash.

The crash occurred in the area of 5476 Mobile Highway, according to the FHP.
